ORDER QUESTION

How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?

You will receive an email confirmation with your Order Number and purchase details. For customized items, if the uploaded image cannot be processed, we will send a follow-up email. If we don't get your reply within 5 business days, we will refund your order.

What is the requirement for the uploaded images for customization?

Use black and white images (not grayscale) or two-color images, at least 600x600 dpi. Black areas of your images will be retained, and white areas will be engraved.

Do I need to flip my images?

No, please upload the image as you want to see it in the final branded result. We will handle any necessary flipping.

What are your payment options?

We accept major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do I need to pay VAT taxes?

For EU Member States, our products are IOSS ready, meaning no additional VAT or import fees. For Non-EU Member Countries, parcels are shipped via consumer ePackets, and import taxes, VAT, duties, and customs fees may be charged upon arrival.

 

SHIPPING QUESTION 

When can I expect to receive my shipment?

Production time usually takes about 4-5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, it takes 8 to 14 days after dispatch to major Europe and the US, while the rest of the world is around 8 to 21 days.

What are your shipping rates?

We provide free shipping worldwide for purchases of US$60 or more. Orders less than this amount will be charged a fixed shipping rate of US$3.9.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. If our courier cannot reach your country, we will inform you immediately to make necessary changes to your order or provide a full refund. We do not currently ship to Russia and Ukraine.

How to return your item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us at info@stampmold.com. Please note that the return shipping fee will be your responsibility. We will issue a full refund on the order amount upon receiving the returned item.

What is your cancellation policy?

Order cancellations are allowed within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may be packed and shipped, and cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us at info@stampmold.com.
