The engraving time can take up to 4-7 days. Processing includes checking, packing and sending out your order. Please note that couriers do not ship on weekends.

Cleaning and Drying: Gently clean your ice plate or stamp after each use. Use mild soap and warm water to remove any residue, then be sure to dry it thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.

Storage: Store your StampMold in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.

Avoid Freezing: While your StampMold is designed for ice, avoid leaving it in the freezer for extended periods. Frequent freezing and thawing can affect its structural integrity.

To get started, simply upload your high-resolution black-and-white image in JPEG or PNG. Once you have uploaded the image, you can proceed to make the payment to finalize the order

After we receive your order, our team will review your image and do a machine simulation. If the image cannot go fabrication, you will receive an email from us asking for a re-upload in 48 hours. Engraving usually takes 7 or fewer business days.
