The international shipping is FREE. We are IOSS ready for EU Member Countries and States which means you will NOT need to pay VAT or customs when the parcel arrives.


We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of order confirmation by email. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. However, we do not accept any order cancellations after 12 hours since they are custom-made items.



The courier we use has NO return route to our warehouse. Even if the tracking said “Return to Sender”, your parcel will only be locally disposed of or returned to the airport distribution center for disposal.


For parcels being reverted to collection points / pick up points due to no addresses present at the shipping address and “returned to sender” or “failed delivery” if no one goes to collect them for too long, we CANNOT refund or resend your order for free. Please contact for help. Please kindly go to collect your parcel at your soonest convenience.


While we understand some customers may prefer to use P.O. Box, we highly recommend not to as there were cases of P.O. Box being too small for the parcels. And it takes a longer time to deliver to P.O. Box as our express courier do not accept P.O. Box and we have to employ alternative courier.



We process orders Monday through Friday and can get all your ordered items prepared to ship.

In most cases, parcels will be delivered from our warehouse with available inventory and the closest to you (Mostly from Hong Kong for the faster process) via ePacket with a tracking number. 

All ice plates are made to demand. Once your design has been accepted, we will take no longer than 7 business days to engrave your item. Themed ice plates will take, less time, 4 business days to engrave.

For other items, orders will be processed within 3 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after processing day.



Our office is in Hong Kong and our warehouses are in Hong Kong and Dongguan, China.

Your package will be shipped from Hong Kong and China to your shipping countries worldwide. All parcels will be provided with tracking.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If the parcel fails to deliver due to an incorrect shipping address, we cannot refund your order.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.


Please note that if you use a P.O. Box as a delivery address, please

1. ensure your P.O. Box can accept the parcel size. We will NOT refund or reship any failed delivery to the P.O. box due to delivery rejection.

2. be prepared for a possible longer shipping time. For the P.O. box address, we cannot use our express courier but postal ePackets.

Depending on inventory, your order may be delivered from our warehouse or our distributor warehouse directly.

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses, and returned due to unavailability.

Important: For EU countries starting from 1 July 2021, the value-added tax (VAT) exemption for the importation of goods not exceeding EUR 22 has been removed. Sellers are required to collect VAT when selling goods destined for a buyer in an EU Member State. All our products shipped to EU Member States will be IOSS ready and you DO NOT have to pay VAT again when collecting your parcels as you have paid VAT at check out.

For buyers from Non-EU Member Countries, Import taxes, Import VAT, duties, customs fees, and other handling fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will NOT be covered by us here at Materiol. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.


You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are NOT accepted in the specific country.


All transactions are in USD. With Shopify's new "Markets" function, it detects your browsing IP and can offer EUR settlement to EU countries/states. But sometimes your IP may NOT be detected and settlement will be in USD. If your credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are NOT responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you. For further details on foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.

Our store prices are shown in your local currency, but in USD when you checkout. All transactions will be handled in USD through PayPal or Stripe at the checkout page.
